It's difficult for the Australian squad to break new ground.

That it took until Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to complete their first ODI chase exceeding 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over the past 50 years.

It's difficult for their batters to maintain a record if not afforded the chance.

By the time she was dismissed her side needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - an achievable target now needing a comfortable finish.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the assurance to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, if necessary, we know we can do it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this tournament need to hear.

During the last week a feeling they will triumph from any situation has grown stronger - this victory coming after win against Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.
